WHERE DO I START?

Welcome! We have online live streaming classes as well as in studio classes. Take a look at the studio menu to see if there is a studio near you. If not you can always join us online.

DO I NEED TO BOOK?

Yes you do. We are limiting in studio class sizes so booking is required. No walk in’s at this time. 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear workout type clothing that is comfortable to move in. Our classes can be physically challenging so be prepared to work hard.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

We’ll have all the equipment you’ll need at the studio, so just bring a water bottle, a sweat towel, and your positive pants.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive 20 minutes before your class start time so you can get checked in, take a quick tour, and complete your liability waiver. Your teacher will ask you questions about any old injuries or conditions so we can be sure to make any necessary modifications.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN MY FIRST CLASS?

Classes are fun, energetic, fast-paced and last for 60 minutes. Each class starts with a warmup then a focus on each area of the body with movements and stretching. High energy, fun, booty shaking music to get you moving.


If you’re new to Barre Body, come to class with an open mind because the concept is so different and innovative. Expect to feel a serious burn and see results within your first 10 classes! We recommend three to five classes per week for best results.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
