If this happens it’s likely that you used a different email address when you signed up with us at the studio. So try using the email address you may have used. 


Or you created another account online. In this case you will have to email us to merge the two accounts. 

Please allow up to 12 hours for us to load class passes on our system. The payment platforms do not link to our software so it is a manual process.
